CNN Interview UPDATE!!

Well, I just heard from one of the producer's that my interview is not going to run until this weekend. Actually, here's what Matt wrote:

Oh! One other quick thing... It's not going to air Friday this week, just Saturday and Sunday... There was some breaking news last Friday, so they moved that Fit Nation piece to this Friday on American Morning...

Either way, it'll be on over the weekend, on CNN.com and on our Podcast which comes out Monday! Some rainy day, I'll offer it up again to American Morning when we have an open spot, so I'll let you know when that happens!

Thanks again for everything! (I read the blog about us by the way! The pleasure was all ours!!)
OK, there you have it fellas. Just wanted to let you know so you don't look for the interview tomorrow morning.

I just read about this blog and your story on cnn and it eally caught my attention, being that I'm an average fat joe. I hope to read through your blog more thoroughly in the future, so you may have already answered this type of question, but I have one for you- During your weight loss process what did you do in regards to soda and alcohol? If you even drank either in the first place, how did you stop drinking them? Or are you just careful on your intake of these beverages? I've read they're both empty calories and don't really do any good- I also read somewhere that you can gain 15 pounds in a a year by drinking 1 soda per day- so what did you do about drinking these 2 things?

Thanks for the inspiration and help!

beamer05, thanks for your post. I've never been a really big drinker, but sodas and juices helped me pack on the pounds because of those empty calories. Even though I know there is a good debate against drinking them, I weaned myself off of sodas by using diet sodas and low or no calorie drinks like Crystal Light. I encourage everyone to read both sides of the debate against artificial sweeteners and then decide. Thanks again for your comment.

Congrats to you!! I just read the article on CNN.com and was directed to your blog. It is really inspiring to see. You have no idea how many people will be touched by your story and will also have a success story to add to their life's experiences. I hope to really get back into shape myself after I give birth to my first baby in November!!

Take care!!
